We start by walking the home, checking for damaged areas, failed stain, gaps, and high-risk spots. From there, we build a plan for cleaning, repairs, and the right finish system for your home.
🧼 Cleaning & Repairs
Logs are washed and allowed to dry properly. Cracks, checks, and joints are inspected and repaired as needed so the stain and chinking can bond to a solid, clean surface.
🎨 Stain, Sealing & Chinking
We apply the chosen water-based or oil-based system to the manufacturer’s specs, followed by clear coats and chinking where needed. Every line and coat is applied for even coverage and long-term protection.

Once the work is complete, we walk the home again to ensure everything meets our standard. We’ll also explain simple maintenance steps and when to plan for the next check-up or clear coat.
