🔍 Crack & Check Inspection
We inspect cracks and checks to identify high-risk areas that could lead to future rot. When needed, we seal and caulk those areas to keep water out and protect the structure.
✅ Punch List & Final Walk-Through
Our team completes a punch list, brings everything up to our standard, and then does a final walk-through with you, the homeowner, to make sure you’re confident in the work that was done.
